Why we exist

"Best eSIM" lists are everywhere, and most of them are interchangeable. They rank the same handful of brands in roughly the same order and rarely tell you what changes when you're mid-ocean on a cruise, moving between Makkah and Madinah on pilgrimage, or living out of a backpack across five countries in a month.

Those are exactly the situations where the wrong choice is expensive — in money, in missed calls, in stress. So we go deep on three journeys that deserve better than generic advice: cruises, Hajj & Umrah, and the digital-nomad life.

How we work

Our editorial standards

Guides are researched against provider documentation, coverage databases and real traveller reports, then reviewed before publishing and dated so you can see when they were last updated. When networks, plans or prices change, we revise — connectivity moves fast, and stale advice helps nobody.
